We have addressed this important need by creating our own, business-driven HR organization: European HR Port Services (EHRPS).

Its role is to attract experienced people who fit our culture, in the highly specific world in which we operate. EHRPS is therefore run by oil terminal professionals who bring years of experience to the task of finding, attracting, engaging and retaining the talent we need. Across the business, this means every role from general manager, operations executive, engineer and HSE expert to project manager, technical specialist and customer service staff.
