VTTI agrees the sale of a 10% stake of its Rotterdam terminal to SK Energy International

Today Vitol Tank Terminals International (VTTI) announced that it had sold 10% of an economic interest in its Rotterdam, Europoort terminal, Euro Tank Terminal BV (ETT), in the Netherlands, to SK Energy International, a 100% subsidiary of SK Energy, based in Singapore.

Operator

The operator performs operational work relating to unloading and loading of sea-going vessels, barges, product pumping via pipelines, the storage and handling of products, the management of the tank farm and cleaning work so that, with due regard for the environmental and safety requirements / instructions, a fast and efficient service is provided both internally and externally.
