Overview:
This enviable location on the Indian Ocean, outside the Straits of Hormuz, sits at the entry and exit point of the Gulf. Fujairah is therefore excellently placed to serve the major bunker market there, and offers VTTI a unique opportunity to develop refining on a world scale. Its jetty flexibility and deep water means this asset can accommodate any size and type of vessel, and offer facilities for products right across the barrel. A holding of 10% is owned by the Government of Fujairah which also owns 100% of the port facilities.
