Procurement Sourcing Manager, CAPEX & OPEX

As a Strategic Sourcing Manager CAPEX & OPEX you are responsible for the development of category management for CAPEX (Projects and equipment) and OPEX (M&R) services. Drive for long and short global and regional framework agreements and service level agreements and ensure execution of agreements in line with VTTI growth and for betterment of existing infrastructure. You will work with a lot of internal and external stakeholders while reporting to our VP of Procurement.

What are your responsibilities?

  • Understand the spend analytics , stakeholders and foot print of VTTI on a global scale;
  • Interact with stakeholders to build category plans, develop category set ups;
  • Set up a gameplan for category development and it strategic execution;
  • Onboard stakeholders and solicit feedback from them on the plan to drive engagement;
  • Category spend analytics;
  • Category management;
  • Supplier relationship management;
  • Driving cost- optimization objectives of VTTI;
  • Support sustaining growth and growth projects while considering impact on OPEX costs.

What we’re looking for?

  • At least 8 years’ experience in technical procurement with exposure to EPC contracts, CAPEX & OPEX framework agreements on a global scale and/or EU region;
  • Technical education, engineering background in Mechanical and or instrumentation & Process control, preferably with an MBA in supply chain;
  • English fluent speaker and in writing;
  • A collaborative and responsive bridge builder;
  • Proven ability to plan and lead negotiations;
  • Able to pivot from details to strategy and vice versa;
  • Good analytical and influencing skills.
