I promote HSE awareness and nurture a culture that makes safe working our absolute priority. I keep up with relevant news and issues, coordinate safety observation rounds and liaise with authorities and regulators.

Receiving positive assessments on terminal safety from external authorities. The most rewarding aspect is seeing everyone going home safe.
How is your career progressing?
I joined Navgas as a control room operator, but later had the opportunity to switch to HSE as manager. This required a new set of skills and disciplines. I have the freedom to perform this role in my own way and have learned to make firm decisions, even when they’re difficult.
