What’s your daily routine like?

My job is create an efficient hub between the customers and the loading masters. I also take care of everything a customer needs like handling queries, finding solutions, giving detailed reports, warrant requests and releases, preparing invoices and meeting customs obligations.

How has your career developed?

I was hired as a Customer Service representative, but I also support our main customs executive on a daily basis. To help me in that field, I’ve enrolled in the Junior Customs Consultant Course.

What has been your most satisfying moment?

When I handled the monthly closing entirely on my own for the first time.

Do you find the company listens to your ideas?

We’re encouraged to create ways of making processes and tasks easier and better, proposing ideas and following up. The company values a fresh pair of eyes.
