Hans van Geloven is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of VTTI. He is responsible for the financial management and procurement of our business.
Hans has broad and deep expertise across the full spectrum of financial management, and has more than two decades of global energy sector experience. He plays a key role in shaping the company’s strategy, enhancing performance management, and enabling growth through financial leadership. He was previously CFO of Addax Petroleum. He has also held various senior international finance positions at Shell. Earlier in his career, he advised on Energy & Utilities M&A deals at Deutsche Bank in London. Hans is Chairman of the Audit Advisory Committee of the Dutch Court of Audits (Algemene Rekenkamer). He also sits on the supervisory board of Roll Group.
Hans van Geloven has a MA International Economics and Energy Studies from the Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies of Johns Hopkins University (USA), an MSc in Finance and Control from Maastricht University (NL), and a BBA degree from Nyenrode University (NL). Dutch certified business accountant (RC).
