I deal with the tanks and operational logistics, which also involves maintenance, coordinating safety, taking care of administration and supervising.

Do you find the role challenging?
Vitco has grown considerably in the time I have been here. When I joined there were only six tanks. Then it grew to nine, then 13 and, now that Phase 3 has been completed, we have 24. Each chapter in this story has brought a continuous stream of new challenges, to keep up to speed with the new demands and technologies.
