It starts with a briefing about everything that has been done on the previous shift. When I’m fully up to speed, I focus on the day ahead: documentation, loading operations, weighing trucks and checking them against load data.
Today. I take real pride and satisfaction in being with the company right now. I feel it recognises my effort and commitment.
The introduction of our IT system; I thought I would never understand it. However, with the patient help of my manager and colleagues, I became an expert user.
