What is your typical day like?
Well, mostly it involves inspections and maintenance work on tanks, pipes, loading arms, jetties and buildings. And repairing installations when necessary.

Flexible, so you can shift focus quickly. Being stress resistant, resourceful and a team player also helps.
Tell us about your career.
I started at ETA as a maintenance mechanic. Because of the change in workflow, I tried field engineering but that wasn’t really for me. Then I successfully applied for the role as maintenance specialist. It’s the best job I’ve ever had. And I work with some great people.
