What does your job in customer service entail?

It’s my role to keep our customers happy. That means being on top of a whole raft of needs and requirements. They look to me for constant communication and updates as well as full daily, inventory and truck rack reports.

Have there been any memorable challenges?

The first time I “flew solo”. My direct manager was on vacation, the responsibility for all day-to-day and weekend activities fell to me, on my own. It allowed me to prove to myself that I was up to the task.
