To fully master the operational knowledge; it’s crucial for my work in Customer Service, and I’m learning more every day. I’m confident that with training, work experience and the support of my colleagues I will reach the point that I know everything I need to know. It is key to keep developing and training, otherwise you will literally miss the boat.
The pleasant working atmosphere and having plenty to learn. It’s a place where I can develop myself professionally and personally too.
