How has your career progressed?
I started as a terminal operator in 1997, then learned all the other positions, until I reached the role of superintendent.

What is your proudest PATSA moment?
When they trusted me with the RTE tank cleaning project, which involved a product change from diesel to Avjet.
Any other special moments?
In 2018 I had the opportunity to travel to a seminar in Amsterdam. Being able to share experiences and ideas with people from other cultures filled me with energy.
Have you faced any particular challenges?
The opportunity to grow through leadership workshops was challenging, but it helped me develop the skills and abilities of our employees. Before my only concern was that the job was done: now I dedicate half of my time to people and half to operations.
